Melinda G. Jenks

Chief Manufacturing Officer

Melinda Jenks is the Chief Manufacturing Officer for Skookum. As the CMO, she is responsible for all the corporation’s manufacturing lines of business for Skookum’s commercial and defense customers.

Before assuming her current role, Jenks was the Chief Operating Officer for CONNECT Supply Chain. As the COO, Jenks established a new customer base among multiple Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), along with capabilities advancement and long-term sustainable growth across CONNECT corporations.

Prior to that, Jenks was the Vice President of Defense Programs for Synchronous Aerospace. Jenks was responsible for business development and program management across six manufacturing facilities, providing integrated solutions to OEM’s and the Department of Defense (DOD). There she expanded the company’s customer base and capabilities by supporting the US Army in meeting near-term critical requirements. This included creating two depot level facilities and leading the development of manufacturing capabilities for flight safety critical components.

She holds a B.S. from The University of Maryland and an M.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Keith Wooldridge

Director of Engineering and Systems Development

Keith is responsible for all engineering and technical matters within Skookum Aerospace. Keith will lead the development and implementation of business policies and processes within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and oversee the onboarding of new work statements. Keith possesses over 29 years of manufacturing experience in the commercial aerospace and defense industry, having worked with major Original Equipment Manufacturers including Boeing, Airbus, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed. Keith is a FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician. His manufacturing experience ranges from simple sheet metal parts to flight safety critical machined components and assemblies for the US Army.

Jeff Dolven

Chief Executive Officer/President

Jeff Dolven serves as President and CEO of Skookum Aerospace and Skookum Contract Services, where he leads over 1,200 Skookum employees engaged in precision manufacturing, facilities management and logistics services, with facilities in eleven states plus the District of Columbia. Dolven successfully orchestrated a 500% increase in total sales since joining the organization fourteen years ago, leading the Company beyond its Washington State roots and into new business lines and new geographical regions. Dolven dramatically expanded the integration of Veterans into Skookum’s workforce. Today over one third of the Skookum team are Veterans, and over one quarter of the team are Veterans with Service Related Disabilities.

Prior to his current position, Dolven served as Chief Operating Officer for Skookum Contract Services. In this role, Dolven held profit and loss responsibility for dozens of business units. He was responsible for implementing processes that halved Skookum’s accident rates, driving incident rates substantially below industry average. Additionally, Dolven expanded use of AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems to guarantee “routine excellence” on Skookum customer ratings, a standard that holds true to this day.

Earlier in his career, Dolven served as a U.S. Naval Officer, specializing as a member of the Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps. In the Navy, Dolven gained international construction experience in Europe and Asia. With a focus on Naval Aviation, Dolven led teams of professionals charged with maintenance, repair and construction of runways, control towers, navigation equipment and other flight critical support systems. During this time Dolven served as a warranted contracting officer and was selected into membership in the Department of Defense Acquisition Professional Community.

Dolven originally hails from Idaho Falls, Idaho, where he graduated from Idaho Falls High School. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, and later earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Washington.

Denise Stinocher

Chief Financial Officer

Thirty years of experience in international and domestic corporate finance with a record of successful leadership in complex, multifunctional, fast-paced manufacturing organizations. Key contributor in developing and implementing strategic planning, collaborative systems integration, financial controls, recruitment, and development of accounting practices required to meet the needs of a growing organization. Ability to achieve operations results by focusing on effective management approach and developing strong relationships at all levels including executive team and clients.

Mark Heasley

Mark Heasley is President/CEO and Owner of Aero Pacific Corporation. Acquiring Aero Pacific in January of 2011, Heasley has grown Aero Pacific from 8 employees with less than $2 Million in annual revenue to today's multisite facility with nearly 100 employees and over $25 Million in annual revenue.

Prior to purchasing Aero Pacific, Heasley owned StratoFlight Corporation which he started in 1991 and sold in 2000. Heasley continued to work with the new ownership group as they acquired other Aerospace platforms in what would become known as Synchronous Aerospace. Heasley was named CEO of Synchronous Aerospace in 2003, where during his tenure he grew Synchronous from 200 employees and $30 Million in annual revenue to 900 employees and $130 Million in annual revenue when he left in 2009 to pursue buying his own company.

Heasley has more than 40 year's industry experience, growing up working in his family's Aerospace Structures business where Heasley held various positions in Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Sales.

Scott Droppelman

Scott Droppelman is the Construction Manager of a heavy civil construction company in Auburn, WA. Scott has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry building roads in King and Pierce counties. He has managed companies and projects in private, public, and federal sectors. He has a BS in Industrial Technology with a focus in Plastics Manufacturing from Western Washington University. Scott lives with his wife and 2 children in Gig Harbor.
